Your Initial Visit
Here is what you can expect on your first visit to our cosmetic dentistry office in Mountain View, California:
We'll take the time to know you, as well as your likes and dislikes regarding past dental care. We'll carefully review your medical history and perform a temporal mandibular joint examination. We will screen for oral cancer and periodontal (gum) disease. We will examine your teeth and take any necessary X-rays and photos. At your second visit, we will clean your teeth and discuss treatment options. We will work together to establish a treatment plan that best meets your needs.
Financial Options
Our financial options, like our dental treatments, are highly individualized. For your convenience, our Mountain View, California office offers a variety of payment choices. Our treatment coordinator will work out a plan suited to your individual needs.
Dental Insurance
Your dental plan is a form of compensation your employer provides you. You can expect your insurance company (or “insurance carrier”) to compensate you for a portion of your dental bill. This portion is determined by the contract between your employer and your insurance carrier. The higher your premium, the more generous the reimbursement provided.
Although we are not a party of the contractual arrangement with your insurance company, we do want to help you receive the maximum reimbursement you are entitled to. We will also gladly provide dental X-rays and a written diagnostic report to your insurance carrier if they have any questions about the services which we provided.
